A event planner that finally looks the part.
Casta Diva Catering & Events was already delivering for weddings, private dinners, and corporate clients. The site wasn't. We rebuilt with editorial storytelling and a reservation funnel that respects the price point.

Overview
Premium catering deserves a site that doesn't undersell.
Casta Diva is a catering and events company serving weddings, private dinners, and corporate clients across the region. The brand had personality and a roster of real photography. The old site flattened it, gallery walls, generic copy, no clear path to inquiry.
The challenge
A scattered story across pages and platforms.
Casta Diva had stories worth telling, the seasonal menus, the chef's training, the supplier relationships, the actual events they catered. None of it lived on the site. Pinterest, Instagram, and a PDF brochure were doing the work the site should have been doing.
The challenge:
- The site couldn't articulate what a wedding with Casta Diva actually feels like.
- No seasonal menus or sample menus published, every inquiry needed a follow-up email.
- Event types blurred together, wedding, private dinner, corporate gala all looked the same.
- The inquiry form asked for the same data that was already on the brochure.
The solution
Editorial storytelling with a reservation funnel that closes.
We treated the site like a magazine: hero photography, seasonal stories, sample menus by event type, and a reservation flow that adapts based on whether you're planning a wedding or a 200-person corporate gala.
Three focused changes
-
01
Event-type landing pages
Weddings, private dinners, corporate galas, each gets its own page with the right photography, the right sample menus, and the right inquiry form. No more generic catch-all.
-
02
Seasonal storytelling
Quarterly menus and editorial stories that show the team behind the food. The site now feels like the brand's voice, not a generic catering directory.
-
03
Smart inquiry funnel
The reservation flow asks event type first, then adapts the next fields. Wedding planners get different questions than corporate-event coordinators. Cleaner data, faster qualification.
Results
A site that earns the level of client they were already serving.
With the new site live, Casta Diva's digital presence now matches the work they put on the plate. Inquiries arrive with more context, and the team spends less time qualifying basic event details.
- Distinct landing pages for each major event type.
- Seasonal storytelling drives return visits and Instagram engagement.
- Inquiry form pre-qualifies leads with event-type-aware questions.
- Brand voice unified across web, social, and email.
