Hosting is not included, most clients stay on Hostinger, AWS, or Vercel. We work with all three. Larger emergency fixes (after-hours outages, security incidents) billed at $95/hr.

Before you sign on.
Do you maintain sites you didn't build?
Yes, after a paid 1-week onboarding audit so we know what we're inheriting. We'll only proceed if the codebase is maintainable.
Is hosting included?
Not at all. We work with whichever host you're on (Hostinger, AWS, Vercel, etc). Hosting fees stay between you and the provider. We just keep the site healthy on top. If you don't have a host yet, just let us know and we can include it in our services.
Can hours roll over month-to-month?
No. Use it or lose it, keeps the engagement honest. We track hours transparently in a shared doc you can audit any time.
What about emergencies?
During business hours, your plan covers them. After-hours emergencies billed hourly. The Partner plan includes a sub-4-hour response SLA.
Can we pause maintenance temporarily?
After the minimum term, yes, for up to 60 days at no cost. Past 60 days, we treat it as a cancellation and re-onboard when you return.
