Our operating values

    Trust earned, not implied

    Every claim has to be defendable. We don't invent metrics, borrow logos, or use stock photos pretending to be the team. If proof is thin, we say "Selected work" instead of "Our clients", until permissions are clean.

    In practice: empty proof slots get filled with anonymized categories, not invention.

    Plain language over performance

    No "elevate," no "seamless," no "next-gen." We name the result and the mechanism. If something is genuinely uncertain, we say so.

    In practice: copy reviews kill agency-speak before clients ever see it.

    Acceptance gates, not vibes

    Performance, accessibility, copy clarity, anti-pattern checks, each have a written gate before launch. We don't ship past a failing gate even when it slows us down.

    In practice: WCAG 2.2 AA + Core Web Vitals targets are part of "done," not "polish."

    Edit-friendly handoff

    If your team can't update pricing, dates, or a service description without us, we built it wrong. The system, components, and source code are yours, with a written handoff doc.

    In practice: every engagement ends with a training session, not a vendor lock-in conversation.

    Repel wrong-fit clients early

    "Good fit / not a fit" sections, transparent pricing, and "what we won't do" language are intentional. They cost us low-quality calls and save everyone weeks.

    In practice: every service page has a fit filter and visible starting prices.

    One CTA per page, one scheduling route

    Visitors don't get to choose between seven competing buttons. The primary action is obvious. Secondary actions are quiet. Less choice, more conversion.

    In practice: review removes any CTA that doesn't earn its slot.

    Senior on every engagement

    No bait-and-switch with juniors after the sale. The strategist on the call is the strategist on the project.

    In practice: small team, deliberately limited concurrent engagements.
