An internal product, built like the work we sell.
El Dugout is Azteya’s internal platform, an all-in-one workspace built from scratch to consolidate the tools the team used daily. Instead of continuing to pay multiple subscriptions, we built exactly what we needed, the way we needed it.
The challenge
Six logins, six monthly invoices, no shared context.
Like most agencies, Azteya was running on a scattered set of SaaS tools, each with its own login, its own learning curve, and its own monthly cost. The team needed task tracking, project timelines, a knowledge base, the ability to sign and send contracts to clients, and a secure place for sensitive credentials.
