The brief
Stalled DIY build. No leads coming in.
UrBRISEC is a Punta Cana security firm with a real local business, and a DIY website that didn't show it. The team had started building in-house, but ran into responsive issues, weak local SEO, and no clear path for prospects to ask for a quote. The site couldn't compete with bigger names on Google Maps, and inquiries weren't converting online.
The result: a responsive, locally-discoverable site with one clear quote-request path, in place of the stalled DIY build.
Our approach
Where we focused
We don't redesign for looks. We build the channel a business should already have, then tune it on real demand.
-
01
Modern responsive rebuild
Rebuilt the site from scratch on modern responsive patterns. Clean visual system that matches the seriousness of the service, fast across desktop, tablet, and the phones most local prospects search from.
-
02
Local SEO restructure
Restructured pages and metadata around how Punta Cana prospects actually search for private security. On-page SEO and Google Business alignment so they show up where their buyers already look.
-
03
Lead-friendly architecture
Reorganized the IA around the inquiry. Service pages now drive to one clear quote-request path. No more buried contact info, no more accidental dead ends.

Our process
How we did it
-
01 · DiscoveryAudit + benchmark
We audited the existing DIY pages, ran competitor benchmarks against Punta Cana security firms, and interviewed the owners about how a typical prospect found and contacted them. The brief: stop losing the inquiries already searching for them.
-
02 · StrategyPath from search to quote
Mapped the prospect's path from search → service page → quote request. Locked positioning around local trust and response time. Built the content plan that drives the IA: services first, then proof, then ask.
-
03 · Design + BuildBuilt for the phone in the prospect's hand
Cleaned the visual system to look like the real business behind it. Responsive build, fast on the phones local prospects search from. Copy written for "I need security in Punta Cana" intent, not for the company's internal language.
-
04 · Launch + IterateSoft launch, then tune
QA across devices, soft launch with monitoring, tightened SEO based on first-week search queries. Now we tune local presence and conversion friction as inquiries come in.
